Big-Hulk 7985 Intake Manifold

Big Hulk-BBC 7985 is a 4500 Series, cast aluminum intake manifold developed for 9.5-9.8 Deck BBC Engines Utilizing a Spread Port Head, operating in the 7500 to 9000 and up, RPM range.   

Big Hulk offers design features never offered in a cast single 4 manifold making it a very unique design.   This manifold design has proven in testing to offer excellent distribution in all cylinders due to the well defined runner entry.

Big-Hulk can support an 8500 Series Throttle Body along with the 2.800 Carburetor variants.

Big-Hulk is a per order casting.  It is a 'commercially available' intake, but due to the flexibilitiy I am offering in deck heights, this intake will be final machined per order.   3-4 weeks delivery time unless otherwise communicated.  Please review deck height options.

Hulk-BBC, due to it's manufacturing techniques offers a clean, and accurate runner core.  It is a 'Cast Ported' manifold offering performance right out of the box.   That said, the casting does offer architecture to develop further with larger plenum requirements, or runner design adjustments. 

Big Hulk-BBC does not have water cross over.  It has -12 ORB machined water ports on 4 corners.

Efforts have been made in the design to reduce weight as much as possible.   9.8 Deck is in the 27 lb range.   9.5 is around 25 lbs.

I AM ONLY OFFERING IT AT 9.8 DECK.  It is up to the end user to machine for shorter deck.
